Rare Jackets ships worldwide. Every jacket is individually crafted to order by our network of manufacturing partners (local or overseas) and shipped directly to you. No pre-made inventory is held. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality and variety for every customer.

All delivery timeframes below include both production and shipping time combined from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or promotional events. In all cases, you will be proactively notified of any delays see Section 4.

2. Production & Fulfillment

All Rare Jackets jackets are made to order. Upon order placement, your jacket enters our production by our manufacturing partners (local or overseas) queue immediately. Once production is complete, it is dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners to your address using reliable international carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

The carrier is selected based on the fastest available route to your location at the time of dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system.

4. Delay Notifications

Our Commitment: If your order is delayed for any reason, production, materials, or carrier. we will notify you by email within 24 hours of identifying the delay, with a revised estimated delivery date.

Maximum delivery time, including delays, will not exceed 21 business days from order placement. If your order exceeds this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund or priority reshipment at no cost.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide using FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, although we will assist where possible.
We declare all shipments accurately and in compliance with international trade regulations.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rare Jackets is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to correct your address, contact us at info@rarejackets.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. Undeliverable & Abandoned Shipments

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a carrier facility, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Abandoned shipments will not be refunded for original shipping charges.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or certain restricted locations. Remote areas may be subject to additional shipping fees; if applicable, we will contact you before processing your order.
